Let me tell you why I’m so ridiculously passionate about levity. A few years back, my life hit what I lovingly call “peak dumpster fire.” I was drowning in stuff—physical, emotional, mental—with self-doubt and expectations weighing me down like a lead jacket in deep water.
Then came my lightbulb moment. Why was I holding onto things that were literally weighing me down? I started plastering “Live Lighter” signs everywhere and letting go of anything that didn’t serve my purpose. This was more than simply decluttering my space—it was about decluttering my entire approach to life.
Here’s what gets me excited enough to do cartwheels (metaphorically, of course!): we create space for something magical when we choose to let go of the heavy stuff. That’s why I’m on a mission to help others find their path to lightness. Because when we stop carrying unnecessary weight—whether it’s perfectionism or fear—we don’t just survive, we soar. And watching people transform their weight into wonderful? That’s better than a triple-shot espresso on a Monday morning!
